My name is Cheryl Lloyd and I can teach you to love running! Once you begin to learn and experience the ChiRunning technique you will become as passionate about this revolutionary running philosophy as I am! You will move you through your life in balance as you create a program of health, well being and fitness for your body and mind.

Please contact me about travel to other locations in Nevada to hold a workshop, or see the ChiRunning website for an instructor near you.
